Robyn McCormick
Executive Director
Robyn McCormick recently joined BTNOLA in June 2009. Her responsibilities include: program oversight, design and implementation of the after school program and Summer Academy, student recruitment, fundraising and evaluation. Ms. McCormick joins the BTNOLA team having served as Interim Director of the program in the summer of 2005 and as Director of Financial Aid and Stewardship at Newman since November 2005. She has also served as a History Teacher at Isidore Newman School since 2004. Ms. McCormick has a B.A. in political science from Southern University of New Orleans and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from University of New Orleans.

Ivory Jones
College Bound Coordinator
Ivory Jones joined BTNOLA in August 2009 and is responsible for developing and carrying out all local and national college-bound student programming and tracking initiatives. She holds a B.A. in English from Clark Atlanta University.

Jennifer Francino
Development Officer
Jennifer Francino, Development Officer, is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation and management of all development initiatives. Her background includes corporate marketing, not-for-profit program management and the art auction business. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University, and has volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, NYC's Office of Recycling and Education, American Red Cross 9-11 Crisis Relief and Common Ground (NOLA).

Summer Academy Dean of Faculty, (Summer F/T) - BTNOLA is restructuring its staffing model. An individual eligible for the role of Dean of Faculty will be a certified experienced teacher with Breakthrough or relevant experience. He/she will be responsible for the daily operations and design of the Summer Academy including program design, curriculum development, and staff recruitment, training and management. This upcoming summer Andrew Bond will assume the role of Dean of Faculty for the 2012 Summer Academy.
